Each patch holds a blend of heat-generating ingredients — water, vermiculite, carbon, iron powder and salt. When you open the sealed pack, air reaches the blend and a gentle warming reaction begins.
Does BluHeat require electricity?
No. There is nothing to charge and nothing to plug in. BluHeat is activated by air alone, which is why it works on a flight, in a cab or at your desk.
How long does BluHeat stay warm?
BluHeat pain relief patches stay warm for 4+ hours. BluHeat Cramp Care is made to last longer — over 8 hours — so it can carry you through a full day.
How long does it take to warm up?
Around 5–10 minutes after you open the pack. The warmth builds gradually rather than switching on all at once.
Can BluHeat be reused?
No. BluHeat patches are single-use and disposable. Once a patch has cooled, discard it and open a fresh one when you need warmth again.
Which back patch should I choose?
Choose Regular for everyday warmth on a specific spot in the upper or lower back. Choose Large when you want the warmth spread across a wider area.
What if the patch feels too hot?
Always apply BluHeat over clothing or as stated in the product instructions — never directly on bare skin. If it ever feels too warm, remove the patch. Do not use on broken or irritated skin, and keep away from children.
