Returns, Cancellation & Exchange
CANCELLATION CRITERIA:
Prepaid: If the order is cancelled before it leaves our office, we would be happy to refund the entire amount paid by you. However, if the order has left our office, we will deduct the amount charged by the shipping company to ship and return the product back to us, and the rest will be refunded. (Please Note – The orders leave the next day itself from our facility.)
Partially paid COD: The partially paid COD amount is not refundable.
Our Returns & Exchange Policy allows you to easily return the products purchased on the website within the specified return/exchange period. You can raise the request within 48 hours of receiving the products.
RETURNS CRITERIA:
The returns request will be accepted only if the product is damaged or you have received a wrong product.
If you want to return a product, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. You can place a Return/Exchange request by emailing us at support@warmee.in or call us on +91- 97699 76699.
Once the request has been generated, the product must be returned to us within 7 business days (you will have to ship the product to us).
Customers are eligible for full refunds if they return the product to us within the stipulated time. However, the refund is subject to a product quality check, which will be conducted once we receive the product. Please make sure that the product meets the following criteria:

All items must be as received and unused.

All items must be dry (wet products will not be accepted).
