1. Pencil Push-Ups

  • Hold a pencil at an arm’s length.
  • Now, slowly draw the pencil toward your nose while your eyes follow the movement of the pencil.
  • Try to keep a clear focus and stop when you start to see two pictures.
  • Draw the pencil away from your nose and repeat the process for a few minutes.

2. Near And Far Focus

3. Palming

  • Warm your hands by rubbing them together or use a hand warmer.

4. Blinking

  • Close your eyes for 2 seconds and open them again.
  • Try to squeeze your eyes a little tight for extra stimulation.

5. Figure Eight

This easy eye exercise will help improve your vision and focus. You simply need to sit in a comfortable position on the floor and pick a focus point at a distance of about 10 feet. Here’s how you can do this eye exercise.

  • Make an imaginary figure 8 with your eyes.
  • Trace it for about 30 seconds.

6. 20-20-20 Rule

This is the easiest thing you can do when you’re swamped with work that requires you to focus. The 20-20-20 rule simply means when you’re using the screen for about 20 minutes, you should try to look 20 inches away for about 20 seconds.
